Bug reports, tool ideas, questions, or partnership inquiries — send them over. Every message is read.
Pixveil gets better because people take a minute to say what's working and what isn't. If a tool behaves strangely in your browser, if a converted file didn't come out the way you expected, or if there's a tool you keep wishing this site had, please tell me. You can use the form below or email admin@pixveil.app directly. I read everything personally and usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays.
One quick note: because Pixveil processes files inside your browser and never uploads them, I have no way to see or recover an image you worked on. If something went wrong with a specific file, it helps a lot if you describe what you did and which browser you were using.
Prefer email? Write straight to admin@pixveil.app — it reaches the same inbox. If the form ever fails to send, please use the address instead so your message is not lost.

A few quick answers
My file won't open in a tool. Is that a bug?
Sometimes. A handful of formats — TIFF and, in most browsers, HEIC — can't be decoded by the browser itself, and those tools say so on their page. If a normally supported file (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, SVG) misbehaves, that's worth reporting. Tell me the browser name and what you expected to happen.
Do you offer an API or a bulk service?
Not at the moment — everything runs on the visitor's own device, so there's no server-side API. For batches, the Bulk Image Resizer handles many files at once. If you have a larger use case, write in and describe it; real requests shape what gets built next.
Can I suggest a tool?
Please do. A good number of the tools here started as a one-line email from someone. Pick "Suggest a new tool" in the form above.
How long until I hear back?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Pixveil is run by one person, so a reply can take longer over a weekend or a public holiday. If a week passes with no answer, assume something went wrong in transit and send it again — that is far more likely than the message being ignored.
Can you recover a file I processed here?
No, and this is worth understanding rather than just accepting. Every tool on this site runs inside your own browser: your file is read from your disk, processed in memory, and written back out as a download. It is never uploaded, so there is no copy on any server for anyone to retrieve — not even us. If a download went to the wrong place, check your browser's Downloads folder; that is where it will be if it exists at all.
Something is wrong with a specific image. What should I include?
Four things make a bug report solvable: which tool you used, which browser and version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If you can describe the file — its format, rough dimensions, roughly how large — that usually narrows it down immediately. Please do not attach the file itself unless asked; most problems are reproducible without it.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No to both. Every article on this site is written in-house, and we do not sell links or publish sponsored content dressed up as editorial. Messages offering either are deleted unread, so please save yourself the time.
Are you hiring, or open to collaboration?
Pixveil is a one-person project and there are no positions. Genuine collaboration proposals — a tool integration, a data source worth citing, a correction to something we published — are always welcome and always read.
How do I reach you the fastest?
Email admin@pixveil.app. It comes straight to me.
