Halloween Invitation Generator — Free

Type your party details, pick a tone, and get finished invitation wording you can copy into a message or print as a card.

About the Halloween Invitation Generator

The details of an invitation are easy — date, time, address. The wording is what everyone stalls on. This tool writes it for you: fill in your party details, choose a tone, and it produces a finished invitation with an opening line, your details laid out clearly, and a sign-off.

Seven styles are available, and they're written to sound genuinely different: spooky and adult lean atmospheric and grown-up, elegant suits a dinner or masquerade, funny keeps it light, and kids and family stay warm and completely non-frightening for younger guests. Every detail you type stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded, so you can safely include your home address.

Invitations are composed on your device. Guest names and party details never leave your browser.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your party details. Everything except the date, time and location is optional.
  2. Choose an invitation style — spooky, cute, funny, elegant, kids, family or adult.
  3. Press Create my invitation. Press again within the same style for different wording.
  4. Use Copy to paste it into a message or email, or Print for a paper card — printing hides everything except the invitation itself.

Tips

  • Send two weeks ahead. Guests need time to sort a costume, and you need time to count heads.
  • Always include an RSVP method and a date. Without a deadline, half your guests will decide on the day.
  • Say whether costumes are expected. The single most common question a host gets asked afterwards.
  • For kids' parties, add the finish time. Parents plan pickups around it.
  • Need a name for the party? The Halloween Name Generator has a "party or event" mode.
